How to create a Facebook business page

1. Create a Facebook Business Page

To start, you’ll need to create a Facebook Business Page. Once you’re at the page, click on ‘Create a Page. Fill out the information requested and then select ‘Save Changes at the bottom of the screen. Your page should now be created!

2. Add a Cover Photo

The cover photo is what appears on the top left corner of your page. Click on ‘Add a Photo’ and upload a picture. Make sure your image is square and not distorted. If you want to change the background color of your cover photo, click on the pencil icon next to the ‘Background Color’ option.

3. Set Up Your Profile

Next, you’ll need to set up your profile. Go back to the home page and click on ‘Edit My Info’. Here, you can edit your name, location, website, and any other information you’d like to share. When you’re done editing, click on ‘Done Editing’ at the bottom of your screen.

4. Post Content

Now that you’ve got your cover photo and profile set up, you’ll want to post content. On the right side of your screen, you’ll see a menu bar. Click on ‘Posts’, then ‘Post’. From here, you have two options. You can either write a status update or make a video. A status update is basically just text. If you choose to make a video, you’ll have to first download the Facebook Video app. After you’ve downloaded the app, open it and click on ‘Start Recording’. Now, you can record yourself talking about whatever topic you’d like. Once you’re finished recording, click on ‘Upload Video’.

5. Share Posts

Once you’ve posted something, you’ll want to share it with your friends. To do this, click on ‘Share’ under each individual post. Then, you’ll have the option to share it via email, message, or post on your timeline.

6. Promote Your Page Finally, you’ll want to promote your page. There are many ways to do this. You can use paid advertising, get people to Like your page, or even ask them to comment on posts.
